Zion Christian School takes your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our policy.

 What this policy covers:

A.          This policy covers how Zion Christian School treats personal information that is collected and received when you use Zion Christian School online forms service, including information related to your past or your child’s past. Personal information is information about you and/or your child that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card information, that is not otherwise publicly available.

B.          This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Zion Christian School does not own or control, or to people that are not employed or managed by Zion Christian School.

 Van Ess Designs (a web design service) and Zion Christian School have both agreed to build and display this web site. Any content displayed on zcschool.org is a copyright of Zion Christian School and Van Ess Designs. All rights reserved. Any information collected from zcschool.org is confidential and for private use of Zion Christian School. Van Ess Designs or any other affiliate of Zion Christian School has no access to any information used by Zion Christian School or their clients, or any information collected by zcschool.org or zcschool.org online forms. All information collected by Zion Christian School through zcschool.org will be used solely for the purpose of collecting monies owed to Zion Christian School or information pertaining to Zion Christian School’s operations. Van Ess Designs is not in any way responsible for the content on zcschool.org and is only working with Zion Christian School for the sole purpose of designing zcschool.org. Zion Christian School is in no way responsible for the content of vanessdesigns.com or for the actions of Van Ess Designs or any of their employees or clients. The template of zcschool.org belongs to and is copyrighted by Van Ess Designs. Zion Christian School and their associates edit all content. Zion Christian School is not responsible for any content on their sponsor’s web sites, or any of their affiliate’s web sites. Any information given to our sponsors and their affiliates will be for their use only and Zion Christian School or Van Ess Designs has no access to them. Any one submitting an online form from zcschool.org is responsible for any wrong information given and will be discarded by Zion Christian School. Zion Christian School will only receive one admission and pick-up form per child per school year, and will disregard any duplicates. All information that needs to be changed must be done in person, in the school office. Zion Christian School will not accept anything from any one except the legal parent or guardian of the child. Any credit card, phone number or personal information given to Zion Christian School by phone, written letter, or online forms from zcschool.org will only be used for the operations of Zion Christian School and will not be disclosed to anyone. Zion Christian School will not give out emails or any other information given on their online forms from zcschool.org. By pushing the submit button, on any online form, on zcschool.org, you are submitting that you have read and agree to this policy and terms and is a submission of your online signature, giving permission only to Zion Christian School, to use all information given. Zion Christian School will not discriminate against anyone of any race, color, national or ethnic origin, and will give all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to anyone at the school. Zion Christian School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin, in administration of its policies or admission policies, athletic or other administered programs. Zion Christian School welcomes anyone of any race, color, national or ethnic origin.

Information sharing and disclosure:

A.            Zion Christian School collects personal information when you use our online forms at zcschool.org. We ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, phone number, name of employer, social security and credit card information.

B.          Zion Christian School does not rent, sell or share personal information about you or your child that is collected when you use our online forms.

C.          We do not share or give this information to other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide services you have requested unless we have your permission or under the following circumstances:

        1. Parents have the option of allowing Zion Christian School to share information about their child with another school or doctor’s office.

        2. Zion Christian School will not withhold information required by any law enforcement agency that is required by law.

        3. We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal processes, which we may be required to do by law.

       4. We will transfer information about you and your child if a written request is made by you to another school or doctor’s office.

       5. Zion Christian School displays sponsors on zcschool.org, which have no accesses to any of your private information and does not provide any personal information to our sponsors even with written permission.

Confidentiality and security:

A.         We limit access to personal information about you to our employees who we believe reasonably need to come in contact with that information in order to provide the services you have requested.

B.          We have physical, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

C.          Your information is kept on file at Zion Christian School and is protected from outside access.

Changes to this policy:

A.          Zion Christian School may update this policy and will not notify you about significant changes or in the way we treat personal information.
